Refund Policy
- We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start a return contact us at theasocialsociety@gmail.com. If you are not contacted back in 2 business days please reach out to our Instagram account informing us that you reached out.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping
- For inventory on hand products that are not print on demand or preorders are typically shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. Theses orders typically arrive within 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get you the best quality clothing!
- Print on demand products the order typically takes between 3-5 days to be made. then it is shipped out and delivered to you within the next 3 business days. These orders typically take 8 business days in total for you to receive your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get you the best quality clothing!
- For preorder products take longer to ship since they are made based on demand. This helps customers ensure they get their size before it sells out. Preorder shipping usually takes 13-16 business days to receive your order. If your order does not get delivered in that time please feel free to reach out to us via Instagram or email for shipping updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get you the best quality clothing!
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact our email immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. Let us know if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
